First Baby after taking Pills?

I am recently married and from the strating I am taking Birth control Pills (Orally of course). Now I have been taking the pills for almost 3 months. I have a doubt whether it will effect to my first baby. We have planned to have the baby after about a year. Please be kind to advice me on this. Will it effect to Born physicall or mentally disordred child?
