Female partner's age is 34. No Thiroed imbalance. Overy normal (from (LAP report), periods are absolutely ok, No blood suger, BP normal, Hormone Tests OK. Chromosome Test Report: - Giant Sattelite body found in 22 chromosome. Loss of pregnancy for 2 times. Married in 1999. Male part is OK.

What is the possibilities to get pregnant for the above case?
In view of the above, what is the best proven procedure to get pregnant & have a baby?
