Cystic structure in Left Adnexa cause infertility

Hi, I have been trying to get pregnant for 7 months for number 3 which seems like its taking a while considering I conceived first time for both my children. I had an ultra sound a few months ago and they found a 34mm cystic structure in the left adnexa which may be tubular in origin or loculated fluid. I have done some reading about fluid in the fallopian tube and its not good for getting pregnant. I had c section with both children and had a very bad infection with the second. Just wondering if this is something i should investiage further, my GP doesn't seem too concerned but i am a bit worried about it. Anyone had this problem? Thanks Jane

hi, ive been trying to get pregnant for a year now but I havent had a period for 3years and I have
pollysistic ovaries so that lowers my chances but is there any chance I could fall pregnant
we really want to start our own family and we are worried that I wont be able to have kids
