Hi,I am an RN in Texas. My wife is filipino and we recently returned after a month in the Philippines. A friend of her family has three beautiful daughters. Two are normal for thier ages(24&18).My question is about the 20 year old.She is in 3rd year of college,only 4'7'' with a little bit chubby younger girl figure and has not ovulated yet. Medical care isn't readily available in thier village. Any advice I can give them?
