Abnormal pap smear

I had an abnormal pap last year that once it was repeated, it was "normal." However, I just found out that my pap is abnormal again this year. I have PCOS (diagnosed around the same time as the abnormal pap last year) and was wondering if anyone knew whether or not PCOS can cause abnormal paps?
