I have had light to moderate bleeding for almost 7 weeks now, accompanied with on and off pelvic pains and MAJOR fatigue. Then about 3 weeks ago, I started getting very sharp pains in my left pelvic region for 2 or 3 days, and passed 2 large blood clots. Since then, the pain is minor, but the bleeding and fatigue continue. I originally thought it was just stress because I was in the middle of buying a house, but we have been in for 2 weeks now, and there is no change. Any ideas of what could be wrong?
