Side Effects of Cleocin (used to treat BV)- have you had any

I used Cleocin for a BV infection for the first time on Friday, and today "down there" still feels uncomfortable and I have a weird white discharge that is a little clumpy but with no smell.
I've used Metrogel in the past and it seemed to ease the symptoms after 2-3 days without the clumpy white discharge, although this hasn't.
Should I wait another day, or make an appointment with my doctor?

Has anyone else had these side effects?
