over the past year, i've gone from a 34C to a 32 DD, which in theory is fabulous, but i haven't put on weight anywhere else. I also often get a sharp pain in either one of my breasts usually around the nipple area. it's like a knife going through me.

i had a mammogram a couple of months ago for a lump, which came out all clear, but didn't mention the swelling because I was most uncomfortable with the consultant... i wasn't having any pains then.

is the pain just part of the territory of larger breasts and is there any reason why my breasts would have grown so much? i am not on any contraceptive, and have two children aged 6 and 3...

any info would be greatly appreciated.

I too have a similar story to you. I was a 32aa for most of my teens and 20s and 30s since turning 40 a year ago my breast are firm and now a 32b which is becoming small . It is nice to have boobs but l worry there is a underlying problem.
