Cant have sex because of pain

Hello.
Let me start by sayiing that I post on forums, because I've been to doctor, but after she said there's nothing wrong with me.

So. I cant have sex for over a year now due to pain. It is sharp, sometimes tearing-like pain when my partner tries to insert his penis inside. Its not lack of lubrication because following the advice of doctor we already tried with defferent kinds of lubs. Also I experienced the same kind of pain during the exam the doctor performed, when she inserted the speculum in and widened it (it was lubed and all). The pain persisted untill she took it off.
The strange thing is that when I try to insert something thinner like a finger, it doesnt hurt at all. Its when the object is wider, like say 2 fingers, a speculum or penis that I feel the pain.
To add a bit background I never enjoyed sex too much, im 24 started at almost 18 and almost every time I experienced pain at the beginiing of intercourse (or when it was taking too long) but a few months before the peak point after which it became impossible it started hurting more and more.
I heard that this might be psychological, what would be possible as I am very nervous, stressed, strongly agorophobic persone, and it is so, that i started experiencing increased pain right after really big nervous ..problems that I had.

Thanks for any help!
