frustrated with negative test results - urinary/vaginal pain

This has been going on (off & on) for months...

Sometimes it feels like I have a UTI and sometimes it's simply vaginal irritations...and sometimes both. All tests come back negative. What oh what can this be? I also have multiple sclerosis, so I wonder if it's all in my head (some crossed signal or something)
