I had a hysterectomy on April 27th, 2009. Since then I have not been able to lose any weight and if i attempt ANY physical activity my stomach swells, gets hot and hardens. Today, in anticipation of spring, I walked a mile to work and a mile home. When I got home tonight my stomach cramped so hard at the top right below my solar plexus I could not bend at the waist. The cramps are mostly on the left side and go from my arm pit to my hip. I have no idea what's going on and this is freaking me out. Should i go to the ER?
