I'm 44 and just ran in a 10 mile race - at mile 9 I started leaking urine. By the end of the race I felt like I had no bladder control - complete bladder muscle failure. It felt different than stress incontinence I've experienced with a sneeze. I've never had a problem leaking while running before, but haven't done many runs this long.

Did you regain control soon after the race? Maybe it was just muscle fatigue but you should see your doctor or a doctor. I am 30 and had to have a hysterectomy because of an inverted (Backward) uterus. I know those parts down there can fall, slip, twist and so forth and medical advise is your best bet.
