I've been having lower left pelvic pain for many years on and off. I am 28 years old, IA have a history of having ovarian cysts. I also have alot of gas and other gi symptoms. I recently had a colonoscopy which turned out normal. I am worried that this pain could indicate ovarian cancer. Any thoughts on this or other things this could be? I have a cat scan scheduled for this coming thursday.
