I am 29 yo with three children. In decently good shape. I have had pelvic pain mainly on left side for over a year. Had tests done, even a cat scan, and nothing was found. The pain is now radiating into my back. I am also so tired all of the time though I get at least eight hours of sleep. I also have night sweats, waking up completely drinched as though someone poured a glass of water on me. I have extremely heavy periods but they are regular. I have recently been having pain surging in the back of my head in a tiny spot for about three to five seconds then disappears. What could this be? Are my symptoms related?
