Ok well about a week ago I had sex with a guy I'd recently meet. I hate to admit but I was drunk & don't remember much but ever since then I've had these persistent cramps. They are not unbearable just a dull ache with occasional but infrequent sharp pangs. This morning when I used the restroom I noticed a pink spotting but only on that one occasion. This worried me since my period is not due for another week but I was thinking I may have a ruptured cyst? My mother has cysts & I get unbearable cramps the day my period begins but I am not 100% sure I actually have cysts. I don't no what else it could be?
