read about this procedure, would like feedback

I had rectocele surgery 8 years ago. In the past year, I felt things slipping and have been experiencing sensations of bulging at my vagina. A doctor confirmed that my uterus has fallen (I guess 'prolapsed' is the term), but said the rectocele repair still looked good.
I read on line about a procedure that looks good to me; it was called Uterosacral Vaginal Hysteropexy or Uterosacral Uterine Resuspension, and it is done vaginally ( I like that), leaves the uterus, suspends my uterus using my own ligaments (no mesh, which I am suspicious of). Aside from the one doctor on the one website, though, I have seen no mention of this surgery.
Has anyone had any experience of this surgery? I would love to hear from others.
Thanks!
