right pelvic pain

I have been getting pelvic pain on my right side and lower back pain since November. I have been TTC and have been using a fertility monitor to track ovulation. It seems like I only get the pain when the test shows I do not ovulate. The pain starts around day 10 and lasts off and on until I get my period. I do not have painful or heavy periods, but I do find flakes of blood in my urine at the end of my mentral period. I have had an ultra sound, pelvic pest, hormone tests, blood tests...all came out normal. I asked about endometriosis, but my gyno told me he does not think it is since I do not have any family history or pain during my menstral period. What else can it be?

maybe you need a general check-up to know exactly what causes you pelvic and lower back pain.

pelvic pain should not be ignored. this could mean an inflammation or infection of the appendix often produces pain on the lower right side of your pelvic.
