hi,
have had period on and off since may, terrible abdomonal pain, i booked a smear for tomorrow, just had more bleeding - dont know if i should be going to talk with nurse at well woman or should i actually book a doc app? anyone able to tell me who i should be booking app with, they will hardly do a smear if i have a bleed,

If you're bleeding a little, like spotting, then its ok to have a smear - they've improved the tests with that and can still get results.
If you've been bleeding since May, and have pains then you should'nt hang around really, get yourself off to the doc. They should send you for a scan to have a look inside. I'd insist on it if I were you! Best of luck :-)

went to doc, changed my pill and have to go for a smear when bleeding stops,
so will see what happens when i take new pill, this is all i need, - a new pill, will totally mess my hormones up! :(
