HI. I was thinking of having a breast augmentation but have a cyst. Is it safe to have the surgery or should I have the cyst removed beforehand. On sonography, the right breast lump corresponds to a moderately large simple cyst at 11 o’clock measuring 4.2 x 1.7 x 4cm. There is a another small cyst adjacent to it at 10 o’clock measuring 0.6cm. There is a 0.5cm cyst in the left breast at 1 o’clock.
