Has anyone tried Dong Quai for menopause symptoms? What is it good for?

sposed to be good for hot flashes, but it's toxic in large amounts. be careful.

babygoodwin, lots of regular docs don't like herbal meds and think people who take them or go to a naturopaht are weirdos.

some good counsel here. some people react to dong quai. depends on the symptoms you are having so don't take stuff you dont know much about. check in the a naturopathic type to get an opinion and do your homework. theres lots of good stuff out there but you have to be smart about it. just because its natural doesn't mean its the right stuff for you
