I have fibrocystic breasts, and they are very painful! I tried everything my doctor told me to do to no avail. Finally, my husband read about an herb called cleavers in one of his herb books (Herbal Remedies by Asa Hershoff). We bought cleavers from an online store and made pills. They work! No more pain!
