I am having a really hard time focusing at work. I'm a teacher--and I need to organize lessons and have a calm demeanor with students. I began dealing with this 6 months ago. It has worsened. What can I do about it?

exercise, eat healthy balanced diet, take some vitamins and supplements, and drink plenty of water. make sure that your bed is comfortable and the room is cozy, this will add comfort when you sleep.

it seems like a chronic insomnia due to menopause. this happens most of the time with women who are in their menopausal stage. you can treat it by taking a hormone replacement therapy.
