left lower back pain & light brown discharge

I am 55 and 6 years post menapausal. Have been experiencing left lower back pain which my family doctor said is lower lumbar strain. Checked urine and all is ok. I have had what appears as cramps in both left and right. Sore and enlarged breasts. I have my annual in a month. GYN says not to worry about discharge unless it increases or turns pink or red. With all that said, the only thing that is different is that I re-started HRT (took 8 months off) 3 months ago and I am on big dose of estrogen. Do you think that the symptoms could be caused by the HRT?

leg cramps and breasts swelling or tenderness are common side effects when taking oestrogen for HRT. you can relieve the side effects by associating HRT with healthy lifestyle changes. help reduce leg cramps by stretching and regular exercises.
