1 am 21 years old and recently had a physical activity with my partner. On the same day i took birth control pill to avoid pregnancy.. i had normal periods afterwards but when my periods are over , soon after 5 days of its being over , i again bleeded but not heavily. it was just a medium red-brown blood. i do not know what is happening. it is obviously not normal. moreover , i also want to know that if one is not pregnant and just to remove confusion , takes birth control pills.. does it harm.. ? can it be the cause of above kind of bleeding? taking BCPs when you are not pregnant causes what problems? i would also like to tell you that now a days i am on a nutrition plan... i generally take normal protien shakes there daily.. and one green tea.. I have never been on that kind of plan before..Can this cause above kind of bleeding? I am just asking to remove confusion for my problem. i am really worried.. can u help????
