Antibiotics and Mirena

I'm on Mirena and Keflex, an antibiotic for my wisdom tooth, I know that antibiotics can interfere with your birth control pills and shots too I think but what about IUD's?

And the day before I started my medicine my husband and I had sex, if there were still sprem present when I started the Keflex could I get pregnant if it counteracts the Mirena? I'm not worried about being pregnant just what the effects could be on the baby if I was pregnant and didn't know it after I went off of my Keflex.

your antibiotic intake will not likely affect the IUD. mirena is an intrauterine device which primarily works by being inserted into the uterus, therefore it will not decrease its effectiveness.
