No to the Pill! Other options?

Ok Ladies - give me some advice. I just can't keep taking that darn pill day after day after day. Has anyone tried the patch? the diaphragm? Something that I don't have to remember to take all the time and that just does it's job on its own? What's the best method for a girl who just can't get it together every day?

are you married and do you want kids? cuz if you don't want kids you can have a tubal done - or if you're married and you don't want kids - have him get fixed

There's a shot called depoprovera. lasts a long time. Ask your doct.

I used a diaphragm. I like them cuz u don't have to take hormones with em. I feel like they don't mess with your body so much.

I tried the patch. I had trouble remembering when to take it off and put it on. Also, if you're really fat, it's not as effective.

Um. The Nuva-ring? I dunno that it's much different than using the patch, though. U still have to take it out so u can get your period.

Norplant? Works for five fun years ;-)
