I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for almost 3 years now and have been experiencing some abnormal bleeding recently. I've always had a little trouble with spotting and having slight cramping taking this brand of birth control. I usually start my period on the 3rd to last sugar pill in my pack but this time I didn't start until my last sugar pill. I'm 12 days into my new pack of pills and I'm still bleeding it feels like I'm on my period because I have some cramping. I haven't had a very heavy period for about 3 months now could that have something to do with it? I've also been under a tremendous amount of stress lately. I just had my annual pap and it came back normal the dr. even said everything looked normal and healthy during the exam. Could someone please give me some insight on what might be going on? Has this happened to anyone else?
