Can I get pregnant without ever having my periods?

I'm a 18 year old female, I haven't had a period since 8th grade which was only for a week and that was about 4 years ago, I am overweight and I feel that may be a cause of it as well, I do want a family later on, but would I be able to even have a baby?
I often get lower cramps every other month, and I bloat often.
I don't know what it would be, I'm worried.
