Can I get pregnant without having a period for 7 years?

I have PCOS and I have not had a period for 7 years. I am now 24 and would love to start a famil. I just got married last year. I have been having these weird things happening to my body, by nipples have got a little dark (brownish) my ankles kill and I have been getting very bad leg cramps. Also very tired. I have taken multiple pregnancy test and all are negative except one of them had a very faint extra line. Please help. Can I get pregnant if I dont have a period and have not had one in 7 years?
