HELP! Sex during ovulation, spotting week before period

Me and my fiancé are planning on having our first baby. We had sex on one of my ovulation days and a week later i was showing signs of pregnancy, nausea, strong sense of smell, terrible cramps, more headaches than usual. Yesterday I had started spotting on and off so i decided to put a tampon in. I went to sleep and woke up with blood everywhere. My period isn't due for another week. I have heard that this could be plantation bleeding and that you can also have your period if you are pregnant. I did get some blood drawn for the doctors a few days before my spotting and I get the results back in two weeks, would the results be able to show that im pregnant? Please help me, thank you.
