Recently I noticed inside down below I had something which sort of sticks out..iis this my cervix because I heard your cervix is more of a rounded shape but this is more pointed and around an inch in length but has the small hole at the peak such as a cervix does. Is this my cervix? If not what else could it be? Please help.

It could possibly be a prolapsed uterus or bladder. If you press on it when you have a full bladder does urine come out the small hole you mentioned? If so, sounds like the bladder. There are surgical procedures that doctors can use to fix both problems or try searching both types of prolapses to see if there is anything you can do.
