cyst on uterus?? dangerous?

I went for an MRI the other day for my back because the pain has been so bad in my lower back. I thought i had i slipped disk and was pinching nerves or something

Anyways, the scan came back clear (minor things) for the spin but they found what looks like a cyst on my uterus.

my pain has been in:
- my lower spine
- right pelvic area
- right leg (ocasional loss of reflex and feeling-
feels asleep)

I am only 23 years old. My moms aunt recently died from uterin cancer, so i know something is in the family. I didnt think much of this until my mom scared me saying if its cancer i cant have kids :S

Is it possible that this pain is due to this mass they found? or could the mass be a baby(far fetched idea probably)

I dont have a family doctor yet because i just moved but is this something i should really hurry to get looked at??

please help, all i can find is stuff on cysts on overies.

I had a cyst on my overy. It hurt alot! I went to the ER to see why I was in so much pain. But it went away with my cycle. They are common for many people and come and go with your monthly cycle. I heard they can burst and that really hurts! Have it checked out but don't panic. It may be a hormonal thing.
