Having read many of your previous discussions regarding fibroid tumors, i am hoping you can help me somewhat with my situation. At my last ultrasound about 6 months ago, my fibroid was the size of an orange. We believe it is getting bigger. I have incredibly heavy periods, but the past week, about a week before I was supposed to get my period, i started passing large pancake size clots. They started with every other day and then after three episodes of that, the past 4-5 days have been several a day if not a few an hour. They slowed down a little but have not stopped. When they pass I feel extremely crampy and even feel like i am having back labor at times. I have VERY little energy and am losing a lot of blood. (obviously!) My regular doctor is out of town and the office doesnt seem too concerned with my symptoms or issue. Recommendations?
