Hello, I recently came off the pill 19th Aug as me and my partner would like to try for a baby. The past month i've been experiencing mega cramps and this week they have increased and last for hours. This morning I thought I had finally come onto my period as I had what I thought was discharge but when I looked it was blood. However now nothing! Still have cramps but no more bleeding? I dont understand what is going on!
