i have no idea what's going on

a few years ago, i was told i had PCOS. in the last few months, i've been told (by different drs) that i probably don't. my PCOS symptoms are irregular periods (can range from around 30 days to about 90 days, and the periods themselves tend to be long and fairly heavy. like 7 to 12 days of bleeding.), being overweight, and having excess body hair (mostly on my stomach and under my chin). but my dr has checked me for IR and diabetes, checked my thyroid, and everything else that they could think of that could account for that. everything is coming back normal.

what else could be causing this? my dr isn't really dismissing me or my concerns, but she doesn't have any other ideas. i'm limited in who i can see by my insurance, so i need to come up with some ideas to take to her to either have her explore or see if she can refer me to a specialist. help!
