I began lactating when I became pregnant in 2004. The milk NEVER (I mean never!) went away. I became pregnant again in 2009 in which the preg was terminated. I didn't think I would ever get preg bc my cycle is irregular. I was on pills for a while (05-06; oct 09-mar 10) only to help my irregular cycles. Now that I'm ready to have a baby, things are a bit crazy! My cycle did not come on until after five months this past Nov. since June. I was hoping that I would become pregnant...not wanting to see it in December. I haven't seen it yet, but the preg test says NO! Is my cycle acting up again? Do I have hypothalamic amenorrhea combined with issues with prolactin levels? I'm only aware of these terms since browsing this site. Several doctors have told me that having that milk in my breast is perfectly normal. I'm a bit worried now!
