lower left pelvic pain

I am 38 qnd the mother of a 2 year old. I am having extreme pain in my lower left side. It hurts to get up from a sitting position, to then walk, and is pretty much constant. I thought this was kidney related -I had kidney failure during my pregnancy - but was checked by my urologist. I have too much creatine in my urine and my kidney issues are being addressed. Is this pain possible related to an ovary? I am just so tired, sore, and have been in pain in this area daily for the last 2 weeks. I'm having blood work in 2 days related to my kidneys. Could a blood test determine what is wrong? Thanks so much, Stephj

Have you had any ultrasounds for ovarian cysts or uterine fibriods? That's where my pain started--it seemed to get better when I would lay on my side w/ my knees bent up to my chest. It also hurt more to walk around and moving in some positions. If your blood work comes out fine, maybe you want to check for cysts or fibroids. Hope you feel better! :)
