I have been experiencing a sore hard knot in my lower left abdominal area (like,where the incision is,where I had a C-section) after my cycle goes away, a few days later I get this VERY sore hard like feeling knot, which is sore when I touch it, or if im sitting dowm for a while,then get up, it is So painful and makes it hard for me to walk straight for a few seconds. The soreness usually lasts for about 5 days. Im not sure what it is, but would LOVE for a little advice. I anmaware I may NEED to see a Dr. about it,but just if there is ANY information or help, it IS greatly appreciated. THANKS.
