i'm a 24 yrs old, and i discovered a mass in my abdomen few months ago, which found to be a funal uterine fibroid 12*11 mm , it dose not cause me any symptom at all and the kidneys are ok.
This was 2 months ago, and i think it is getting larger when i feel it in my abdomen!
The peoblem is that i don't know what to do for it, one doctor advise me to do myomectomy just because of its size, and another tell me not because of its complications and because it is asymptomatic.
i want to get pregnat in the future this is my big concern, and don't know what to do.
