Am losing so much hair. Started at menopause and so depressing. Is this hormonal? Any tips to strengthen it?

I also am losing hair. First thing I did was cut it really short so I can't really see it coming out any more. And short hair does not look thin. You could also try taking omega 3 which is found in salmon, soy and walnuts and also vitamin B. I take these. Good luck!
