I still suffer from my pmdd symptoms 20 years after menopause. I enteref menopause at 42. For years I tried to find answers to no avail. I just continue to take st.john wort and chase berry from health food stores. It come at exactly the same time every month as pre menopause. I hope someone lets people know this is real.

pms occurs 2 to 3 weeks before your period which is common to women from 30-40 y/o. pms is triggered by hormonal changes. keep track of your pms for two cycles in a row and record your symptoms, this way you can consult to a doctor about your condition and show him the symptoms so he can easily rule out the problem.
