I'm 25 yrs old and a mother of 2. I currently have the mirena iud and I've had it almost 2 years now. Just recently I've gained about 6-8 lbs and when I do anything strenuous I have bleeding. The bleeding is heavy enough I have to use tampons/pads but only lasts about a day. Usually with no pain. I don't seem to have a normal period anymore which I know probably comes from my iud and I can't even tell when I have my period now. Should I see my doctor? Is it possible to get pregnant w/this iud? So lost in what I should do now....
