I dunno what the stats are, but everyone says u get it from exchanging body fluids. If sperm isn't a body fluid, dunno what is...

You all are saying this is a way to get AIDS, but it may not be so true. There has to be blood somewhere for the AIDS to get in. Like a cut in the mouth or somethign.
