Lacking A Period?

I'm taking Tri-Sprintec (this is my second month), and after a week of HEAVY dark brown break-through bleeding, in my third week after implementing it, I've had no period and I'm half way through my second 28 day pack. What's going on? Is this a frequent occurrence? Does this mean I'm now infertile, from the medication working? Or that my body still hasn't acclimated, yet? When should I expect my period to return? Thank you, I'm slightly anxious.

it's normal that you won't period like 2 to 3 months. but, if this persists, you may need to contact your doctor right away.

i think it is an adverse effect that you have a late breakthrough bleeding due to excess or deficiency on estrogen and progestin.
