I have been married for two years now and with two kids. i don't want to get pregnant anymore but at the same time i don't want to take pills or any contraceptives. if it's possible, i just want the natural way of birth control. any suggestions to all the mothers out there who tried natural birth control? what are the pros and cons?

natural methods of birth control is kind of risky because it's not 100% successful at all times. you can try rhythm method, it works by predicting your fertile days using calculations based on the length of your past cycles.

you might consider talking to your husband perhaps? asking him if he is open to the possibility of him getting a vasectomy?

i agree with Felise. there are five birth control options for men; abstinence, outercourse, condoms, withdrawal and vasectomy
